This page makes the first appearance of the advanced officer combat wear accessible to police officers of rank Sergeant or above, something I wanted to implement in RMDL for quite some time to further play up how capable the police can actually be unlike in the games where they were almost a complete joke (much like the ones in MOTHER 2/Earthbound).
Though not very clear, this officer's combat gear is more or less a BioHazard/Resident Evil cameo featuring Leon.
